Check in and Check out

Your room may not be ready until 2.30pm but we are happy to look after your luggage so that you can then go off and enjoy yourself. Please remember that any outstanding balances are payable ON ARRIVAL and IN CASH

On your day of dep arture please vacate your room before 9.30am to give us time to prepare it for the next guests. We will happily store your luggage until such time as you choose to leave Blackpool.

Booking / Cancellation Policy

• Telephone bookings will be held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit (50% of total booking - minimum £50)
• All cheques / postal orders should be made payable to 'Sunnybank'
• The party must be as described on the booking form (unless notified prior to arrival)
• A contract is in force once your reservation has been accepted by us and in the event of you being unable to take up the accommodation the deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellations are only accepted in writing
• If you cancel within six weeks of the holiday you will be liable for the full balance
• No refunds will be given if guests cut short their stay for any reason
• We recommend insurance that is available for such eventualities

Important Notes

• Two sets of keys are issued to all guests. Lost sets are charged at £15 per set
• No visitors are allowed after 1700 hours
• The proprietors reserve the right to cancel accommodation if at any time, in their opinion, the behaviour of the guests is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is in danger
• The proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for any valuables left in rooms or any other part of the building

Please Note

• We DO NOT cater for stag / hen nights or any groups of single sex persons (if the part is not stated on the booking form we reserve the right to refuse entry without refund of any monies paid)
• NO pets allowed
